We first dealt with James back in 2015 when he was the Estate Agent of a property that we purchased. Following this experience we looked no further than Donohoe Spring with the potential of selling our current property & to purchase a new family home. Within a couple of days James met us at our home to explain the whole process to us. The moment we met James it was clear his knowledge of the market was excellent. We contacted him again when our property was ready for market to take photos and within a couple of days we had our sales brochure emailed to us for approval.
We were optimistic when he recommended an asking price to us but he wasn’t wrong as within 2 weeks of our house being on the market we got our asking price and went sale agreed.
The entire process was smooth with no issues. Mary and James kept us informed every step of the way with prompt responses to emails and calls.
James also had the next job with helping us find our forever home. He knew exactly what we wanted he was confident a property suited to us would come up, he kept us in the loop of what was available on the market.
